Why list with us

Demand at the point of purchase, not a marketplace

We're an AI procurement agent — not another platform taking a cut of your margin.

🎯

Buyers who are buying now

Your prices appear when a contractor is pricing a real material list for a real jobsite in your delivery area.

💸

No commission on goods

Listing is free and there's no fee on your margin. The price you set is the price the contractor sees.

🧾

Paid directly by the contractor

QuickQuote never sits in the money flow. The contractor confirms the order with you and pays you on your usual terms.

🤝

You keep the customer

The relationship, the account and the terms stay with you. We connect buyer and seller — we don't insert ourselves.

📄

A spreadsheet is enough

No integration project. Send the price list you already have; our team maps it to products contractors search for.

🔒

Your prices, your permission

You decide what can be displayed, flag MAP-restricted brands, and can update or withdraw your prices at any time.

How onboarding works

From price list to contractor comparisons

No sales call required. A person on our team reviews every catalog before it goes live.

  1. Send your price list or catalog access

Email a CSV, XLSX or PDF price list. If you run an online store or have a product feed, we can read your catalog through your storefront or catalog API instead (for example, a Shopify Storefront token you issue to us).

  2. We normalize it

SKUs, descriptions, units and pack sizes are mapped to the products contractors actually ask for — including the slang and brand names crews use. CSV and XLSX import directly; PDFs and other formats are handled by our operations team.

  3. Operator review

A person checks the mapping, the prices and your display permissions before anything is shown. We email you within 2 business days.

  4. You appear in comparisons

Your products are indexed and show up in contractor price comparisons for jobsites you deliver to, with your stock and lead times.

  5. Keep prices fresh

Prices changed? Send a new list any time — reply to our email or use the update link we send you when your catalog goes live.

Catalog. Items we can't map with confidence are held back instead of guessed. You answer a short question and the item goes live; you control what contractors can see.

Today and next. Listing, normalization and operator review work now — price lists and updates go through team@qquote.ai. The dashboard above is being built; listed suppliers get access as it opens.
How an order reaches you

We find the buyer. The sale stays yours.

QuickQuote is not a marketplace and never sits between you and the contractor's money.

  1. A contractor prices a material list

Typed, dictated or attached — in jobsite slang. QuickQuote maps it to products and units.

  2. Your catalog is in the comparison

If you deliver to the jobsite area and carry the items, your prices, stock and lead time are compared with other listed suppliers.

  3. The contractor picks you

The chosen supplier goes into a Draft Estimate in QuickBooks Online or a PDF, with your name, items and prices.

  4. They order from you directly

By phone, email, your counter or your online store — the way your customers already buy. You invoice them; they pay you.

  5. You see the result

Comparisons, wins and items you lost on show up in your dashboard, so the next price move is an informed one.

FAQ

The questions suppliers ask first

Do you charge a fee?
No. There's no marketplace commission and no fee on your margin. The price you set is the price the contractor sees.
Who pays me, and how?
The contractor does, directly, on your normal terms. QuickQuote prepares the comparison and the contractor's draft estimate; the order and the payment happen between you and the contractor.
Who owns and can display my prices?
You do. We use your prices only with your permission, only to show you to contractors in your delivery area. You can update or withdraw them at any time.
What about MAP-restricted brands?
Flag them when you apply and we honor MAP. We won't display a price below a brand's minimum advertised price — we show availability and send the buyer to you to finalize.
What file formats do you accept?
A plain spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX) is enough to start. We also accept PDF price lists and EDI 832, or we can read your catalog through a storefront or catalog API if you have one.
How do I update prices?
Send a new price list whenever prices change — reply to our email or use the update link we send when your catalog goes live. Updates go through the same normalization and review.
Is there exclusivity?
None. List with whoever you like. We don't lock you in and we don't take the customer relationship.
Which regions are you in?
We're starting in Texas and adding regions as they open, in some of them together with a regional partner. Apply anyway — we'll tell you when contractors in your delivery area are using QuickQuote.
